To drive local to global influencing efforts by establishing a cohesive and relevant advocacy campaign child rights governance and child participation agenda aligned with our global strategy thereby driving impact at scale. By leveraging evidence and analysis and promoting a culture of learning we ensure a child rights approach is embedded in all our initiatives while partnering with country offices to prepare scale-up and execute effective operational humanitarian advocacy efforts. Our team co-owns the delivery of advocacy campaigning and mobilization strategies and leads child participation approaches across all programs to empower children and amplify their voices in decision-making processes.
To strategically support child rights governance advocacycampaigning and child participationinitiatives that champion the rights of children globally ensuring their protection survival and development. Principal Accountabilities
- Provide strategic and specialised context specific technical Support to Country Office ACCM teams ensuring high standards in child rights governance advocacy campaign and child participation work.
- Bring innovative solutions thought leadership and fresh perspectives to child rights governance advocacy campaigning and child participation work to ensure we achieve our ambition.
- Provide short term targeted CO gap filling where necessary.
- Provide coaching and training to CO ACCM teams on child rights governance advocacy campaign and child participation approaches.
- Bring together CO ACCM teams across offices where there are multi country synergies between strategies and delivery approaches and where mutual learning is possible.
- Represent and Support COs on global TWGs/APWGs where necessary and useful.
- Offer advice and direct technical support and expertise to COs on proposal writing and donor engagement as well as risk and crisis management.
- Drive the local to global approach by connecting CO work with regional opportunities advocacy offices and our global influencing agenda.
- Support COs with national and local level child rights governance advocacy campaign and child participation planning and delivery as well as support with global influencing activities.
- Conduct regular reviews of the progress of out working and engage in external platforms to find opportunities for collaboration and learning from best practices.
- Promote a rights-based approach across our programs advocacy and campaigns. Balancing Save the Childrens own advocacy and campaign objectives with an organisational commitment to both supporting locally-led civil society to demand child rights; and to influencing the State/private sector to better deliver on commitments to children.

Education and Qualifications
Education: Degree in Public Policy Campaigning International Relations Human Rights Law Social Sciences or a related field.
