Were hiring!Join our team as anExperienced IT Support Technician (2nd Line / Desk Side Support) based at our clients site.

Were looking for a proactive hands-on professional with solidnetworking and infrastructure support skills who can provide top-notchcustomer service resolve tickets efficiently and deliversmart hands support for on-site and remote issues.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Respond to IT related Requests and Incident calls in Service Now
  • Correctly create Tech Hub visit tickets track incidents and IMAC tickets in a timely and accurately manner in Service Now
  • PC (Desktops/Laptops) - Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
  • Portable devices - IPhone IPad Windows Tablet.
  • Diagnose printer hardware and software and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions
  • Ability to resolve Microsoft operating system issues and errors (from Windows XP up to Windows 10/11)
  • Good knowledge of Networking essentials and troubleshooting skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (up to Office 365)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Users and Computer management
  • Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software
  • Some hardware support experience required e.g. installing memory/disk drives
  • Supporting the call center with on the fly information relating to open cases
  • Ability to train understand and comply with customer safety standards and requirements.

  • Candidates need to be highly flexible as some cover at alternative sites may be required on an as needed basis (driving license and access to vehicle is essential)
  • Candidates need to be adaptable efficient and able to work independently
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work pro-actively to resolve potential problems
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and also investigate resolutions

  • Punctual both to work daily and to scheduled customer appointments
