The opportunity

Kinetic is embarking on one of its largest people and technology programsa multi-year HCM & Payroll Transformation across Australia and New Zealand. Were entering the design/build phase and need an experienced leader to help shape the future of HR and payroll for over 7000 employees.

What youll do

As the Workday (Core HR) Payroll & Time & Attendance Lead youll act as the Architect and single point of contact for solution design and delivery. You will:

  • Design end-to-end solutions for Workday Core HR Payroll and Time & Attendance.
  • Own architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business requirements and governance standards.
  • Lead configuration testing integration data migration and go-live readiness.
  • Collaborate with HR Payroll Operations Finance IT and external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with AU/NZ legislation and support implementation across operating companies.

What Youll Bring

  • 5 years of Workday experience (Core HR Payroll Time Tracking).
  • Proven background in large-scale HRIS transformations.
  • Strong AU/NZ payroll knowledge.
  • Architectural mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations testing and data quality.
