Job Summary
We are looking for a personable and service-oriented Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional customer service. As a bartender you will be the face of our establishment responsible for engaging with guests crafting beverages and ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued.
General Summary of Duties:Responsible for providing beverages to guests while maintaining exceptional guest service. Must be minimally 21 years old.
Example of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following):
- Give prompt pleasant courteous and efficient service.
- Utilize alcohol awareness training at all times while acknowledging all guests with a prompt and friendly greeting
- Anticipate all guests needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
- Verify legal drinking age of guests.
- Complete all side work duties and ensure work area is prepared for succeeding shift.
- Maintain cleanliness behind bar.
- Offer a unique service while sustaining a level of professionalism that encourages guests to return.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Perform all other tasks that may be assigned in the future.
Qualifications:High school diploma/GED preferred. Prior bartending experience required.
Certificate/License:Level 3 Occupational Illinois Gaming Board License; Illinois Alcohol Awareness Certification required; Bartenders certification required.
Salary Range: $10 - 11.40 per hour (Depending on Experience)
