The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership capabilities holding an active Security certification and demonstrating proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies. This position requires on-site presence in Huntsville Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Lead and mentor a team of software developers for application development and maintenanceOversee the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deploymentFacilitate Agile/Scrum ceremoniesCollaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scopeEnsure adherence to security protocols and compliance standardsConduct code reviews and maintain development best practicesManage project timelines resource allocation and delivery commitmentsTroubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidanceCoordinate with cross-functional teamsRequired Qualifications:Security Certification (Active and Current) requiredBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)5 years of software development experience2 years in a technical leadership or lead developer roleProven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesStrong programming skills in relevant languages (Java Python C# etc.)Experience with Power PlatformExcellent communication and team leadership abilitiesExperience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architectureSecurity Clearance:Secret Clearance requiredOther Responsibilities:Perform other duties as assignedOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
