*使用工具设备化学清洗机对零件进行清洗和去毛刺或者装配工作
*根据规定的方法识别隔离处置不合格材料
*操作气动电动工具及其他设备拆解或装配零件
*使用手动和自动检具测量产品质量是否符合要求
*根据需要完成随时可能被安排的其他职责和任务
*遵循工厂制定的安全政策安全工作流程及对安全隐患的评估
*每周执行安全停止观察
*具备扭矩应用的知识和基础
*需具备对于口头指导和书面工作指导的理解能力以理解所分配的工作材料及设备的需求
*应用标准化工作程序-员工质量速度成本PQVC
*理解并使用CI卡用于持续改进CI
*使用5S工具对岗位进行管理
*根据需要必要时应用全面生产维护
*参与日常流程改进的对话
