This role is responsible for ensuring workplace safety maintaining quality standards driving production efficiency and fostering a collaborative team ResponsibilitiesConduct regular safety audits and Gemba safety protocols and ensure completion of required incident reporting and implement corrective compliance with all quality initiatives to improve product timely resolution of audit findings and corrective and mentor team members to achieve performance a positive and inclusive work with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth and manage production process improvements using lean manufacturing KPIs to optimize productivity and reduce continuous improvement initiatives and present regular performance reports to senior & SkillsProven experience in managing production teams and meeting operational knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control leadership and team-building skills with exceptional communication in production management software and strong organizational problem-solving and decision-making capabilities; adaptable under -secondary education in a related field this excellent opportunity interest you please submit your resume including salary Industries Limited hires on the basis of merit and is strongly committed to equity and diversity.
