Job Summary
Now Hiring: Floor Care Supervisor & Floor Technicians
Evening Floor Care Supervisor
- Lead and supervise evening floor care crews at multiple job sites
- Perform and oversee stripping waxing and restoration of commercial flooring
- Operate and maintain floor equipment (scrubbers buffers etc.)
- Ensure safety procedures quality standards and timelines are met
- Train and coach team members; reinforce company practices
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for issues or adjustments
- Proven reliability and leadership experience in floor care janitorial facilities or service environments
- Ability to supervise coach and hold a team accountable
- Strong communication skills and calm problem-solving
- Comfortable with physical work and standing for extended periods
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record (required)
Floor Technician
- Stripping waxing and restoring commercial floors
- Cleaning tile carpet and concrete using professional equipment
- Loading materials and traveling as a crew in a company vehicle
- Performing seasonal services such as soft washing or window cleaning
- Following all safety procedures and care guidelines
- Reliable consistent team players with a strong work ethic
- Experience in facilities trade janitorial or service work preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Comfortable with physical work and standing for long periods
- Valid drivers license required
