This is a hybrid role supporting onsite 3 days a week.
What You Will Do
- Lead the development and execution of project charters management plans and detailed Gantt charts
- Define and manage project scope schedules and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Develop andmaintainquality and risk management plans using multiple planning tools and techniques
- Assign and manage project resources clearly defining roles responsibilities and deliverables
- Create and execute stakeholder and communication management plans
- Collaborate on procurement planning and vendor selection
- Provide performance feedback to functional managers and support team development
- Own project outcomes by evaluating trade-offs managing critical paths and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines
- Proficiencyin project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Smartsheet)
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- MBA
