Ifyoureenergized by accountability collaboration and delivering results that matter this is your opportunity to lead projects that make a this role You will provide strategic oversight of timelines and dependencies across both test and operational equipment and youll enable smooth execution of broader readiness activitiesincluding equipment moves deployment preparation and crosssite coordination. This role requires a leader who builds strong partnerships across the U.S. and Ireland fostering the connections and communication needed to advance shared outcomes.

This is a hybrid role supporting onsite 3 days a week.

What You Will Do

Lead the development and execution of project charters management plans and detailed Gantt charts

Define and manage project scope schedules and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Develop andmaintainquality and risk management plans using multiple planning tools and techniques

Assign and manage project resources clearly defining roles responsibilities and deliverables

Create and execute stakeholder and communication management plans

Collaborate on procurement planning and vendor selection

Provide performance feedback to functional managers and support team development

Own project outcomes by evaluating trade-offs managing critical paths and ensuring alignment with organizational goals

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field

Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines

Proficiencyin project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Smartsheet)

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
MBA

Travel Percentage: 10%
