Job Purpose |
The Centre Manager is responsible for managing center operations and provides leadership in strategic and operational planning. He/She leads the development of center initiatives and improvements for effective delivery of center programs and services. |
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities | Supporting Actions |
Centre Operations | - Monitor the complete centre operation.
- Mobilize students for skill development programs and suggest appropriate trades based on profiling.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Plans specified in project guidelines.

Stakeholder Relationship Management | - Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments schools ITIs colleges Employment Exchanges public representatives local administration and other relevant stakeholders.
- Educate stakeholders about the value propositions offered in the field of Skill Development Education and Employability.

Team Management: | - Manage a team of trainers responsible for delivering training both in the classroom and online using.
- Provide leadership guidance and support to the training team
|
Placement Coordination | - Collaborate with the EEDP Partner Local and Corporate placement teams to facilitate the placement of skilled candidates.
- Collaborate with EEDP Partner and trained skills to setup new Entrepreneurs and extend handholding to them to be a successful entrepreneur
|
Finance Management | - Ensure effective financial management of the Centre in Tally and getting all required documentation in place for quarterly & yearly audit on requirement as and when necessary.
|
MIS & Reporting | Maintain accurate Management Information System (MIS) and reporting in line with given Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). |
