Pay rate will be $19.00 per hour


Full-time position working 40 hours per week


Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As a RBT youll provide individualized services to children with a medical necessity for treatment using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Youll implement learning programs collect behavioral data and support behavior intervention plans. When not working one-on-one youll execute group therapy assist with baseline observations and provide school readiness tutoring.


A Snapshot of What Youll Be Doing:

  • Observe and measure behavior in clinic settings to support behavior change
  • Gather behavioral data to track progress of behavioral objectives
  • Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs using DTT incidental teaching and verbal behavior instruction
  • Support teachers with general behavior management

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; BA/BS in psychology social work special education or related field preferred
  • Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work effectively with young children
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Medicaid Provider Number
