About the role

Were looking for an Admin Claims Handler to join ourBT Customer Team and play a key role in supporting our customers dealing with queries and liaising with other companies agencies and areas of the business to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Rental damage management
  • Keen understanding of 8x8 and tasks
  • Proficient in email communication
  • Communicate and collaborate with all parties to achieve an optimal repair journey.
  • Provide accurate updates to team managers and customers as required
  • Ensure that all SLAs are met and exceeded
  • Manage own workload prioritizing and ensuring all claims assigned are progressing and receiving a high standard of customer service
  • Setting up new claims
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in use of software packages
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment desirable
  • Ability to multi- task
