Job Summary

Task & Responsabilities

Upload payroll files and other financial records into the ERP system.
Book and reconcile credit and debit card expenses.
Download review and distribute bank statements to cardholders.
Sort receipts review balances and record transactions in the ERP system.
Book bank transactions and payments (debit and credit cards).
Manage and audit travel and employee expense reports.
Reconcile employee travel funds and open expense items.
Monitor and manage monthly fuel allowances and highway toll charges.
Ensure import tax documentation is accurate and balanced.
Book leasing company invoices by cost center.
Provide support to employees regarding expense policies card usage and balances.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor of Accounting / Finance
Excel knowledge 70 - 80%
