The Opportunity
PwC is one of the leading professional services firms in the world offering industry-focused: Tax Assurance (Audit) and Advisory (Business Consulting) services for the largest public and multinational companies.
Join our Bucharest office as aSeniorManagerand take on a dynamic role focused entirely on Transfer Pricing.
What you will be doing:
Lead complex transfer pricing projects includingtaxauditswhich involves discussionswith Romanian tax authorities.
Prepare and negotiate advance pricing agreements (APA) and mutual agreement procedures (MAP).
Providestrategic advice on transfer pricing matters to multinational clients.
Manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.
Contribute to business development initiatives and thought leadership in transfer pricing.
What we need from you:
University degree in accounting economics or law.
Minimum 8 years of experience in transfer pricing or tax advisory with proven leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of OECD Guidelines and Romanian TP legislation.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.
Business-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem solving and client service.
Fluency inRomanian andEnglish (written and spoken).
