About the role: We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a high-impact data and AI initiative within a large-scale enterprise environment. The role focuses on designing building and deploying machine learning solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Design develop and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to solve complex business problems
Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data processing feature engineering model training and inference
Collaborate with data scientists to productionize machine learning models and ensure reliable deployment
Implement MLOps practices including model versioning monitoring retraining and lifecycle management
Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to build predictive and analytical models
Optimize models for performance scalability and robustness in production environments
Integrate machine learning models into existing applications APIs and data platforms
Ensure high-quality code testing documentation and best engineering practices
Monitor model performance and continuously improve models through experimentation and retraining
Support data governance security and compliance requirements in machine learning workflows
What are we looking for:
Solid experience in Machine Learning Engineering Data Science Engineering or a similar role
Strong programming skills in Python
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as: Scikit-learn TensorFlow PyTorch
Experience building production-grade ML systems
Solid knowledge of statistics machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques
Experience working with large datasets and distributed data processing frameworks
Familiarity with ML lifecycle management and MLOps practices
Experience with containerization and deployment technologies (Docker Kubernetes)
Experience integrating ML models through APIs or microservices
Strong understanding of data pipelines and feature engineering
Experience with Git and modern software development practices
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
Experience with ML orchestration tools (Airflow Kubeflow MLflow etc.)
Knowledge of deep learning architectures
Experience with streaming or real-time ML systems
Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark Hadoop)
Experience in industrial energy or large-scale enterprise environments
