The Customer Care Associate collaborates with cross-divisional teams customers and healthcare provides to support effective and efficient customer service operations within the assigned function(s). In this capacity the incumbent provides excellent customer service through timely and accurate communication.Please note: this is a Hybrid position located in our Lake Bluff IL. Office.

The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidates work location and qualifications including relevant education work experience skills and competencies.
