Our team plays a key role in helping the whole organization focus on keeping the client at the centre of all we do and building a better experience through decisions and insights. We also play a key role in strategic planning and our commitment to the Fair Treatment of Clients (FTC).In this role you will play a key part in supporting client impact initiatives gathering insights on FTC metrics and supporting communication strategies that showcase our impact. This position is ideal for a student with strong communication organizational and analytical skills who is eager to gain real-world experience in a professional one of the regions top employers and be part of something that truly makes a Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo ON a minimum of two (2) assigned consecutive days every other week plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement. What youll do:Communications SupportDraft edit and distribute client-facing materials including letters emails reports and create content for internal communication in maintaining and updating the company website with client-focused Engagement and Impact ReportingCollaborate with team members to collect and analyze data that demonstrates client client feedback and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for and Team SupportSupport the coordination of meetings including preparing agendas and recording with special projects and other duties as assigned to support the teams youll bring:Candidates must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program that includes a Co-operative (Co-op) work componentCurrently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Communications Public Relations Business Marketing or a related verbal and written communication skills with an ability to tailor messages for diverse in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) and web content management systems is an organizational skills and ability to manage multiple mindset with experience in data collection and player with a proactive approach to with social media management is a in it for you:Career Growth:Regular learning sessions and development opportunities plus our Co-op Student Buddy Program EQ CrewTotal Rewards:Allowance provided in place of vacation pay and benefitsFlexibility:Healthy work-life balance with employee wellness always top of mind complemented by a dress for your day approachAt Equitable were committed to fair pay and an inclusive accessible hiring experience.
