Reporting to the Gym Floor Supervisor/ Health and Wellness Team Leader the Gym Floor Attendant/Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Health and Wellness Team our members and guests. The role will focus on fitness consultations exceptional program prescription providing exceptional customer service and forming relationships with our members and guests to drive customer satisfaction and retention of members. You will respond to enquiries and provide accurate and appropriate information regarding facilities and services available while monitoring the quality of programming and assisting other team members when needed providing feedback to the Gym Floor Supervisor/Health and Wellness Team Leader on the Safety of our are recruiting for both Casual & Part Time PositionsIf you crave a role with diversity challenges and the chance to be involved in some amazing facilities this is the role for you.
