We have a fantastic Fixed Term opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join ourBunburyteam as a Trainee Business Administrator. You will be mentored and guided by your new team so you can provide a variety of administrative and general support services.

Over the 2 years you will gain hands on experience while completing your Certificate III in Business which will look great on your CV and set you up for future career opportunities.

What youll do:

Through the guidance and mentorship you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide a range of basic administrative and general support across the work area including travel arrangements invoicing corporate vehicle administration records administration sundry billing purchase orders stationery and diary management
  • Assist with general office functions such as copying filing sorting and distributing mail
  • Perform various word processing functions such as data entry maintaining and updating data bases sending/responding to emails and scanning documents
  • Prepare basic reports spreadsheets and other business documentation
  • Assist in coordinating facilities management for regional office and depots including but not limited to workplace inspections coordinating building and equipment maintenance / repairs

  • Confident in usingMicrosoft Office Programs
  • Good communication skills
  • Certificate II in Business or equivalent
  • Year 12 completion (desirable)
