Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to serve as a key point of contact between the company and its clients. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction and supporting account operations through clear communication and efficient coordination. The ideal candidate is organized client-focused and eager to contribute to a professional and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Coordinate internally to ensure client needs and expectations are met

  • Monitor account activity and identify opportunities to improve service quality

  • Support onboarding and ongoing account management processes

  • Uphold company standards policies and service excellence
