JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:
The Maintenance Team Leader reports directly to the Plant Manager. They direct lead and supervisea team of maintenance personnel in a plant environment at a NaturalGas power plant whilesharingresponsibility for its safe efficient and reliable operation. This positions primary responsibility is to oversee the maintenance program of the plant including both routine and outage work. This position oversees manages optimizes and fully implements the Conditioned Based Outage/Integrated Planning Process (aka Stage Gate Process). Outage oversight responsibilities include both planning and execution phases of outages. This position participates in development of the multi-year tactical and strategic project identification and budgeting processes. This position effectively manages maintenance issues to support system needs evaluates performance of and develops direct reports maintains high standards of diversity and inclusion ethics and integrity and drives continuous improvement by serving as a champion of change.
