The Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business managing customer relationships preparing estimates and selling fire sprinkler service repairs and projects. This position is ideal for a seasoned sprinkler professional ready to transition from the field into a sales-focused role while leveraging their technical expertise. The ideal candidate brings hands-on industry experience and a strong understanding of sprinkler systems applicable codes and customer needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriatesprinklersolutions

  • Prepare and present estimates proposals and contracts

  • Coordinate with operations service and project teams to ensure successful execution

  • Track sales activity and maintain accurate documentation

  • Support branch sales goals and overall growth initiatives

  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Education/Qualification:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of Outside Sales experience.

  • Experience sellingfiresprinklerinstallation remodel and repair services is required.

  • Previous experience as aFireSprinklerService Technician or Installer is a plus but not required.

  • Strong working knowledge offiresprinklersystems components and applicableNFPA codes

  • Ability to review scopes of work and develop accurate estimates and proposals


Other Duties:

  • Adheres to the Code of Conduct Confidentiality Agreement and Company Safety Policy.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to travel.
