Were looking for a Support Technician to strengthen our Support team in Duluth GA. In this role youll be part of a global support organization delivering technical support to customers across the US and Canadian markets while collaborating closely with colleagues both locally and worldwide.
What youll do
- Provide technical support via phone email and portal
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Manage support tickets in line with SLAs
- Work closely with teams such as Onboarding Technical Success and Sales
