Job Description
Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Full-TimeAssociate Cafeteria Attendantfor the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

This is the perfect role for someone who wants to launch a culinary career!This team member willensure all food is served according to specifications and work in conjunction with all line cooks.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with the Chef to learn daily work tasks and their coordination and completedailyprep list.
- Keep walk-in prep area and equipment up to Health Department and EcoSure standards at all times.
- Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessarytime frame.
- Be knowledgeable of all areas in the cafeteria.
- Be knowledgeable of plate presentations and preparationsofall menu items.
- Communicate with all cooks daily for proper pars and production requirements when needed.
- Keep back and prep area clean as you work.
- Fill andmaintainthe prep list up to par check daily.
- Checkwith MOD before leaving for the day.
Qualifications
- Must be able to endure exposure to heatsteamand hazardous cleaning chemicals.
- Must be able to stand for length of shift.
- Must be able to walk run push pull andlift upto 50Ilbs.
- Ability to remain active including standing for 8 hours per day.
- Must havepreviousexperience working in similar Food and Beveragedepartment(kitchen cafeteria etc.).
- 1-2 years of culinary experience preferred; well-versed in operation of at least one culinary station.
- Must have unexpired Food Handler or obtain upon hire
