What Youll Be Doing
- Managing a varied caseload of high-quality commercial and residential property matters
- Developing client relationships and your own practice area
- Key responsibilities include:
- Acquisitions/disposals (freehold & leasehold)
- Commercial lease negotiations (landlord & tenant)
- Property finance and refinancing
- Development and option agreements
- Portfolio management
- High-value residential conveyancing
- Leasehold enfranchisement/lease extensions
- New build/off-plan purchases
- Buy-to-let portfolios
- Residential landlord & tenant matters
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
What Were Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- 5-8 years post-qualification experience (PQE)in commercial and residential property
- CQS accredited(or genuinely willing to obtain)
- Proven ability to run a mixed caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across both commercial and residential property
- Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive business development mindset
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in property development matters
- Established client following or proven business development
- Experience with HNW or commercial clients
- Knowledge of property finance/secured lending
