Job Summary
We are seeking a capable and commercially minded Accountant to support the financial management of this multi-site business. Working closely with the Finance Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting meeting compliance obligations and providing meaningful financial insight that enables informed decision-making across both brands as the organisation continues to grow.
This is a hands-on and varied role that sits at the heart of the organisation. As Accountant youll work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure strong financial foundations are in place while also helping the business scale effectively across the centre network.
You wont just be preparing reports youll be interpreting them. From month-end and budgeting through to cashflow forecasting and supporting the centre leadership teams with financial literacy your work will directly influence operational and strategic decisions. Youll collaborate with centre leaders and operational teams helping translate financial information into practical insights they can act on.

- Fun and grounded approachable positive and easy to work with
- Strong relationship builder collaborates well across teams and levels
- Tertiary qualified in Accounting Finance or a related discipline
- CA or CPA qualified (or working towards) is advantageous but not essential.
- A strong understanding of NZ financial reporting and compliance requirements
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret data.
