Job Summary
PT Northwest is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a positive entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as a PRN (per diem) Front Desk Receptionist / Rehabilitation Aide at our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic in West Salem. This hybrid role supports both our patient care team and our front office operations helping create a smooth welcoming and efficient clinic experience.
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism creating a welcoming first impression
- Manage checkin and checkout processes schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries
- Assist physical therapists with nonclinical patient care tasks
- Prepare clean and organize treatment areas before and after sessions
- Maintain and monitor therapy equipment to ensure safety and readiness
- Support daily clinic flow by coordinating communication between patients therapists and staff
- Help maintain a clean organized and efficient clinic environment
Qualifications :
- High School diploma required.
- College degree or equivalent preferred
- Excellent gap year opportunity to gain hands on experience in a fast paced patient care environment

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $15.05 an hour. Salary is based on various factors including relevant experience knowledge skills other job-related qualifications and geography.
