Responsibilities: This person will supervise plant operations concerning all aspects of feed production employee training and development and equipment maintenance according to FDA OSHA EPA DNR and MFA quality control requirements. To assist in computer entry and to represent management as needed in the managers absence. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
Encouraging Growth: We support your growth through cross-training in Agri-Service areas fostering new skills for additional support.
What Youll Do
- Utilize facilities and manpower to manufacture feed
- Ensure smooth shift transitions with proper employee communication
- Utilize equipment and time to ensure preventative and corrective maintenance is performed as required
- Attend safety meetings
- Run routine inspections

Qualifications
- B.S. degree in agriculture/ animal science feed milling science or related field
- Must have experience with preventative maintenance
- Knowledge and basic understanding of quality control programs such as the FDA OSHA and EPA guidelines
