Job Summary

Worcester MA and Surrounding Towns Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Looking for short daytime caregiving shifts that fit around your schedule

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caregivers in Worcester for short day cases. These positions are ideal for caregivers seeking part-time or supplemental income including parents students and caregivers working with another agency.

We are upfront about scheduling and work to match caregivers with nearby short shifts as cases become available.

Compensation & Benefits

$18$21/hour mileage reimbursement
$250 sign-on and referral bonus
Short daytime shifts (morning or afternoon)
Flexible availability choose when youre available
Paid training (HHA / PCA certification available)
PTO 401(k) and health insurance available for 30 hrs/week

Job Responsibilities

Assist clients with meals errands and light personal care
Provide companionship and safety supervision
Light housekeeping and household support
Observe and report changes in client condition

Qualifications

Compassionate dependable and professional
Reliable transportation required
Experience preferred but not required we will train!
Ability to work short daytime shifts in Worcester
