Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven specialist to lead our experimentation this role you wont just run tests; you will design the roadmap that defines our products growth. You will work cross-functionally with Product Engineering and Marketing to ensure every change we make is backed by statistical rigor and meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Execute: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of A/B and multivariate tests from hypothesis generation to power analysis and post-test breakdown.
Statistical Integrity: Ensure experimentation best practices (sample size significance levels and bucketing) are maintained to avoid bias.
Tooling: Manage and optimize our experimentation platform (e.g. Optimizely LaunchDarkly or internal tools).
Insights: Translate complex data sets into actionable narratives for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience: 4 years in data science growth engineering or product analytics with a heavy focus on experimentation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python/R. Deep understanding of frequentist and Bayesian statistics.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field (Statistics CS Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
Communication: Ability to explain p-values to non-technical partners without losing the why.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $140000 $180000 USD per year. (Note: Actual compensation is based on factors such as experience location and skillset.)
