Job Summary
- Lead the team in delivering high-quality features within established timelines
- Foster a positive team culture by supporting strong collaboration and continuously improving team processes
- Take ownership of product stability and performance in the production environment proactively addressing issues as they arise
- Communicate and work effectively with Product Managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and goals
- Mentor your engineers by setting clear expectations and conducting performance management
Qualifications :
- 5 years of professional experience in java programming with spring-based technologies
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Experience in building productive team environment by providing structured feedback helping engineers to achieve their goals
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- Strong experience in building restful APIs and implementing asynchronous communication patterns
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Experience with AWS ecosystem is a plus
