As a member of our SolutionConsulting team focusing on Public Sector you will have a major impact on our future success by supportingthe sales cycle of the ServiceNow platform. You will advise customers on how to create outcomes with our solutions drive demonstrations and interactions on how we meet the customers goals and you will own the technology agenda with the customer. As part of the role you will work in close partnership with other sales functions and act as the solution lead across customers. The role is also focused on hands-on technical capabilities to go wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles. You need to have experience working with Public Sector as well as the ability to discuss with business decision makers including C-level stakeholders in different functions and a strong business acumen is required.

- Actively support the sales cycle as a technical and domain expertof a client-facing sales team
- Lead high impact discovery workshops to understand customers challenges
- Conduct demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
- Be the trusted customer advisor on how our solution will support and accelerate the customers digital ambition
- Incubate and build AI Agents that deliver customer value
- Respond to architectural and technical questions from customers channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues
- Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements thatcanaddress customer needs and provide additional value
- Shareand learnbest practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
- Support marketing events including executive briefings conferences user groups and trade shows
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- 7 years of pre-sales solution consultingor sales engineeringexperience
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
- Experience working collaboratively with product management product marketing partnersand professional services
- Territory management skills including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to guide execution excellence
- Travelas necessary
