Job Summary:
To lead the strategic planning and definition of new Industry Software Solutions predominantly within the Chemical Life Science and Oil & Gas industries. The Product Manager will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical implementation utilizing deep insights into software architecture and future industry trends to drive the roadmap from concept to commissioning.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead the full lifecycle planning for new product development (NPD) defining product vision strategy and roadmap based on market analysis and business goals.
Establish rapid prototyping and demonstration capabilities. Create interactive prototypes or Proof of Concepts (POCs) to visualize ideas and validate features with stakeholders before full-scale engineering begins.
Apply insights into industrial software architecture (e.g. Cloud-native Microservices Edge Computing) to guide technical teams in selecting the right technology stack for future scalability.
Analyze future development trends in the industrial sector (such as IIoT AI/ML integration and Digital Twin) and incorporate these innovations into new product features.
Collaborate with back-end and front-end engineers to ensure the product architecture supports high performance data security and dynamic information display.
Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
Cooperate with UI designers to research and improve user experience for both Web and mobile terminals.
Execute the implementation of the Industry Software Solution and ensure that client expectations have been addressed through valid MVP (Minimum Viable Product) definitions.
Assess technical feasibility and risks during the early stages of product planning.
Ensures timely completion of product milestones on schedule and within the allocated budget.
Support local sales/Market team to work closely with potential customers by demonstrating technical leadership and product value.

For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering Automation or relevant major.
Minimum 5 years of working experience with specific practical experience in industrial software product planning and architecture design.
Hands-on capability for rapid product demonstration. Proficient in using prototyping tools (e.g. Axure Figma) or Low-code/No-code platforms to quickly realize and present product concepts.
Profound understanding of industrial software architecture including familiarity with the shift from traditional monolithic systems to modern distributed architecture
Strong insight into future trends of Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0; ability to predict market changes and adjust product strategy accordingly.
Familiar with database technology API integration and industrial connectivity standards (OPC MQTT).
Be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
Self-motivated outgoing personality with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Have experience leading a product from 0 to 1 in the Industrial Automation or MES/MOM domain.
Familiar with AI application development workflows. Experience with LLM application frameworks (e.g. LangChain) RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementation or integrating AI services via APIs into products is highly preferred.
Experience in using AI for industrial big data training will be prioritized.
Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) or PaaS (Platform as a Service) business models for industrial applications.
Be familiar with Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and DevOps flows will be a plus.
Experience in Aspen IP.21 / Inmation / OSIsoft PI or similar historians will be a plus.
