We are seeking Construction Site Coordinators to work on institutional projects located in the Greater Montreal Area. You will work in collaboration with Construction Project Managers to ensure the control and coordination of major construction sites.
Given that this is a candidate pool please be advised that the process may vary and is open-ended. Our Talent Acquisition team will review each application and contact you at the appropriate time if applicable.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate the setup management and supervision of construction sites from opening to closing in collaboration with the Project Manager and the contractor
- Coordinate and plan service interruption requests detour measures welding permits etc.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
- Support Project Managers in the management of hazardous materials
Qualifications :
- DEP AEC DEC or Bachelors degree in engineering construction or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant construction experience
- Strong understanding of project management and proficiency with related techniques
- Advanced proficiency in French both written and spoken
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (MS Office Suite)
- Valid ASP Construction card
