- Manage CAPEX purchasing activities related to technical projects investments and equipment.
- Control and optimize OPEX expenses ensuring cost efficiency and budget compliance.
- Lead and support efficiency improvement projects identifying savings opportunities and process enhancements.
- Manage and negotiate service agreements including but not limited to:
- Catering services
- Employee shuttle / transportation services
- Consulting services (HR IT and other support functions)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Engineering Finance HR IT Operations) to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Evaluate suppliers conduct negotiations and manage contracts to ensure quality cost and service performance.
- Monitor supplier KPIs and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and purchasing processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial Electrical or related field).
- Proven experience in technical purchasing procurement or sourcing roles.
- Strong knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX management.
- Experience managing service contracts and supplier agreements.
- Solid negotiation analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
