In this dynamic environment we are searching forSustainability & Climate Change Associatesto join our team inAthens.

Make a real impact

Activelysupportclients insustainabilityreportingin alignment withleadingstandards ( ESRS) andregulatory frameworks(.).

Coordinate andmanagemultiple ESG information requests both internal and externaldeliveringhigh-qualityoutputsaligned with company standardsandtimelymeetmilestones and research create presentations and collect ESG data for reportsand ratings.

Assistclients inimplementingsustainabilitystrategiesand initiatives byleveragingbest available practices and technologies.

Contribute todraftingESG and sustainability related proposals in the context of tendering for new businessopportunities.

Engagebusiness level discussions/ workshops with clients capturingand documenting business requirementsaccurately.

Monitor global and regional ESG trends standards and certifications andprovidetimelyinsights to the team on potential impacts and opportunities.

Develop and managelong-termrelationshipswithsenior-level client stakeholders.

What you bring matters

A BScdegree in Engineering or Finance isrequired.

At least2yearsof client-facing experience leading and delivering advisory work in the field of ESG sustainability and climate change.

Experience and proventrack recordin one or more of thesubsequentdomains:

-Sustainability reporting and disclosure including the application of GRI ESRS ATHEX ESG and other international standards/frameworks

-Carbon Footprint calculation including Scope 1 2 and 3 emissions

-Submission of ESG ratings includingEcoVadisand CDP

-CSRD readiness including Double Materiality Assessment

-EU Taxonomy assessment including evaluation based on the provisions of the -EU Climate Delegated Acts (TSC DNSH MSS criteria and preparation of the EU Taxonomy disclosures)

Excellent critical thinking intellectualcuriosityand problem-solving abilities.

Strong researchanalyticaland report writing skills.

Excellent project management skills and a demonstratedtrack recordin overseeing challenging projects.

Highproficiencywith Microsoft Word Excel andPowerPointand experience in handlinglarge amountsof data.

Strong personal initiativeagilityand resourcefulness.

Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing in a clearconciseand professional manner (both in English & in Greek) including technical terminology.

Strong verbal and writing skills in English and Greek.
