Your role at AbbVie
Drive the strategic direction and tactical execution of AbbVies Hematology brand. Champion patient-centric innovation elevate the brand story and strengthen cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional stakeholder value.
Highlighted Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Define and execute robust brand strategies and 1-year tactical plans in alignment with global/area objectives.
- Analyze market trends competitor landscape and unmet needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Synthesize insights from cross-functional teams and external partners for proactive decision-making.
- Brand Plan Execution
- Translate strategy into impactful projects and targeted campaigns ensuring all deliverables reinforce the brands positioning.
- Lead creation and rollout of innovative multi-channel marketing initiatives that resonate with all stakeholders.
- Engage opinion leaders and facilitate stakeholder dialogue to enrich brand strategy.
- Oversee development of interactive CLM content and ensure effective implementation and KPI tracking.
- Field Excellence Collaboration
- Align in-field materials and activities with strategic goals.
- Support the in-field team in segmentation and tactical execution to maximize impact.
- Patient Journey Excellence
- Collaborate on building an accurate patient journey by gathering diverse insights and driving cross-stakeholder workshops.
- Financial Management
- Co-lead sales forecasting and expense tracking for the brand team.
- Ensure budget discipline ROI measurement and continuous improvement in marketing investments.
Qualifications :
- 5 years professional experience ideally in scientific or healthcare domain.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional and project management environments.
- Knowledge of supporting functions (Customer Excellence Medical Market Access Finance Sales Consulting) is a plus.
- Fluent in English Dutch or French.
- Strategic vision and business acumen.
- Strong analytical and project leadership skills.
- Excellent communicator and influencer.
- Proven ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
- Innovation-driven accountable and results-oriented.
- Experience in budget management and KPI tracking.
