Main Purpose of the Job:

• Keep it fresh - follow food health and hygiene rules like a pro.
• Keep your workspace gleaming following the beat of health and hygiene regulations.
• Jam with the supervisor on food and product needs for the day.
• Hit the right notes by minimizing food prep costs and waste using slick methods and recipes.
• Follow the beat of training standards and shine in your performance.
• Serve up perfection within your shift - keep the crowd wowed.
• Throw in some creative flair with suggestions for better services or procedures.
• Be the star of training programs and meetings to keep your skills on point.
• Keep it cool with the expectations and guidelines in the Accor Employee Handbooks/Hotel Fact-sheets.
• Guard the backstage secrets - keep hotel and guest info on the down-low during and after your jam with the hotel/Accor.

Customer Service:

• Be the VIP (Very Important Pleaser) for guests serving up smiles and positivity.
• Flip problems into solutions with a positive vibe; dial up the Manager on Duty if things get spicy.
• Be a hype machine for hotel facilities and services.
• Make the Accor customer service vision your anthem - offer the best service to our customers.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

•  Possession of a cookery certificate or qualification.
•  Adaptable to working under pressure.
•  Motivated and driven.
•  Proactive with a strong initiative.
•  A team player with a cooperative mindset.
•  Comfortable with a rotating roster.
•  Previous experience in a similar role within a commercial kitchen.
