Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally establishing rapport and understanding their vehicle needs

  • Guide customers through the sales process including test drives feature demonstrations and product comparisons

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory vehicle features financing options and dealership promotions

  • Present pricing payment options and warranty products clearly and accurately

  • Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions follow-ups and sales progress

  • Achieve monthly sales goals and performance metrics set by the dealership

  • Coordinate with sales managers finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Assist with lot organization vehicle displays and maintaining a clean presentable showroom

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed on new models and sales techniques

  • Provide exceptional customer service before during and after the sale to support repeat and referral business


Qualifications

  • Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not required; strong customer service or retail background beneficial

  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to build relationships and engage customers effectively

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

  • Self-motivated goal-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to learn and retain product knowledge across multiple makes and models

  • Proficiency with CRM systems email communication and basic computer applications

  • Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed

  • Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with dealership standards
