About the Role:

Join our team as a Vacation Planning Consultant assisting individuals and families in organizing well-structured vacation experiences while working this role you will support clients as they review destination options accommodations and activities that align with their travel goals and schedules. Your primary responsibility will be helping organize travel plans so that each itinerary is clearly outlined properly documented and easy for clients to follow.

As a Vacation Planning Consultant you will assist clients throughout the planning process by helping coordinate reservations reviewing accommodation options and organizing travel details that contribute to a smooth and enjoyable vacation experience. This may include helping organize accommodations transportation logistics and scheduled activities so that each element of the itinerary fits together within a clear timeline. Attention to detail is important as many vacations involve multiple reservations and travel arrangements that must be properly confirmed and documented.

Clear communication is essential in this role. Clients rely on accurate information about their reservations and travel plans so you will help maintain organized documentation and ensure confirmations and itinerary details are communicated clearly.

This position is fully remote and well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others plan meaningful travel experiences while maintaining organized workflows. Training is available for all new hires to ensure familiarity with planning systems documentation procedures and coordination processes used to support vacation planning.
