DescriptionThe Continuous Improvement Intern will support manufacturing operations by assisting in the development and execution of improvement plans aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity. This role involves conducting process reviews collecting and analyzing data for key performance indicators (KPIs) and performing time studies to establish standards. The intern will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct process reviews to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Collect organize and analyze data for KPIs and standard setting (including time studies).
Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing teams to implement improvement plans.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
