At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

In Workday programme management at PwC you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale Workday implementation projects within an organisation. Working in Workday programme management will involve coordinating multiple projects resources and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Workday solutions. You will work closely with business leaders project managers and technical teams to define project objectives develop project plans allocate resources monitor progress and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement integrations using Workday Studio for seamless data exchange. 2. Build and manage third-party payroll system integrations ensuring accuracy and compliance. 3. Develop reusable integration patterns error handling and monitoring processes. 4. Collaborate across technical and functional teams during requirements gathering. 5. Test and deploy integrations within agreed timelines. 6. Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures proactively. 7. Document integration designs processes and solution architecture. 8. Optimize integration performance and security. 9. Guide knowledge transfer sessions on integration solutions. Stay current with Workday integration technologies and marketplace tools

Preferred skill sets:

With certification must have demonstrated consulting & end-to-end implementation experience in Workday

Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience Overall experience can vary between 8 - 14 Years

Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies preferred B.E/ MBA (optional) ERP Implementation Exp
