Job Summary

TheGo-To-Market (GTM) Program Manager Provider Solutionsplays a critical role in executing our most impactful product and technology initiatives.

In this role you will oversee GTM activitiesfor provider solutions focused on clinical workflow and/or billing roledrives collaboration and results acrossmarket leadersmarketing technical product management BDRs sales and customer will own the final mile of bringing innovative healthcare solutions to market targetingAcute Ambulatory and Post-Acute sub-segments.
This role requires a highly motivatedresults-driven individual who thrives in ambiguity and complexity quickly translating strategic vision into action. As a trusted partner to senior leadership you willprovideexpert guidance to align GTM execution with product and organizational goals.

WHAT YOULL DO:

    • Own end-to-end programmanagement forproductandfeature launches includingpackaging pricingoutbound messaging and sales enablement.
    • Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance market reach and drive channel integrations.
    • Drivepost-launch customer valuestorytellingthrough qualitativeinsights customer references and case studies.
    • LeadGTMreporting activities including executive readouts KPI tracking and transparent communication.
    • Identifyrisks anddependenciesresolvingblockers through mitigation planningandtimelyescalation.
    • Create artifacts and communication methods for senior leadership and Board of Directors updates.
    • Develop and implement best practices to scale GTM program managementacross products and teams.
    • Cross-trainother program managers to expandand matureGTM program management capabilities.

WHAT YOULL NEED:

    • 3 years of hands-on project or program management experience with a proventrack recordof delivering complex healthcare solutions to market efficiently.
    • Working knowledge of EHRs clinical documentation workflows coding claims or reimbursement processes
    • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust resolve conflicts and drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
    • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced ever-changing environment with the ability to pivot and prioritize effectively.
    • Experience in marketing strategy or business development within ahealth IT or healthcare servicesSaaS-based company is strongly preferred.
    • Executive presence and communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to technical non-technical and senior leadership audiences.
    • A collaborative spirit and a strong voice whether loud or value your perspective ideas and questions as well as your ability to foster shared understanding and success.
$100000 - $135000 a year
Compensation at IMO Health is determined by job level role requirements and each candidates experience skills and location. The listed base pay represents the target for new hires with individual compensation varying accordingly. These figures exclude potential bonuses equity or sales incentives which may also be part of the total compensation package. Our recruiter will provide additional details during the hiring process.
