General Summary:This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is interested in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services within a clinic setting to clients ages 2-18 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and/or related disorders. The BCBA will plan develop and monitor treatment and provide consultative services rooted in evidence-based practices. The BCBA will collaborate with families team members stakeholders and is responsible for supervision and ongoing training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT).JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Function in a supervisory capacity and provide clinical oversight and supervision to all areas of programming including the training of Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health in the development facilitation and training in ABA using both discrete trial training and natural environment training models of ABA based training to caregivers and support generalization of skills learned in the clinic setting. This may include providing training in the home school and community from time to team members on how to develop proactive strength-based family centered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans for children and families receiving ongoing data collection system to establish baseline and programmatic efficacy for all consumers and to analyze data on a frequent and ongoing basis to guide norm-referenced and criterion-reference assessments (Vineland VB-MAPP PEAK AFLS etc.).Meet as needed and/or required with supervised staff to discuss ongoing consumer issues and to provide support when and sign off on treatment plans and behavior support plans written by Behavior Analysis discharge criteria for service and supports a generalization as a liaison to the families of the clients and provide frequent check-ins to ensure their satisfaction with the quality of services being progress notes using the appropriate codes in Electronic Health Record (EHR) within 24 hours of consultation to members of the Child and Family Team (CFT) regarding behavior intervention CFT how to implement teaching mentoring coaching and supervision to Registered Behavior in the development of supervision protocols in line with the standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification current with the literature new research findings and addition continuing education courses to maintain BCBA certification are other duties as :Education Masters degree in a field related to Applied Behavior 1 year as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (preferred) 3 years experience working with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorders or other related Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification BoardLicense Must be licensed behavior analyst recognized by the Arizona Board of Psychologist ExaminersREGULATORY:Minimum 21 years of Drivers License 39-month Motor Vehicle Report and proof of vehicle registration and liability insurance that meets insurance possess Level 1 fingerprint and First Aid certification (Employer provides).Initial current negative TB test result (Employer provides).Questions about this position Contact us
