Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls and emails scheduling appointments for diagnostic imaging (such as ultrasounds X-rays pain management mammograms and BMD) and helping patients prepare for their procedures. Join us and be a part of a team thats committed to providing high-quality care and continuous learning Youll Be DoingGreet and check in patients providing a warm and welcoming incoming phone calls emails and patient inquiries including booking rescheduling and general information and coordinate diagnostic imaging appointments (e.g. ultrasound X-ray pain management mammograms and BMD) ensuring accurate referrals and smooth patient patients with pre-exam instructions and ensure they are prepared for with technologists and radiologists to ensure timely patient procedures and accurate office organization manage supplies and perform clerical tasks such as faxing scanning and and resolve any unexpected issues with professionalism and Were Looking ForFormal training in Medical Office Administration is required with one years experience preferred.A willingness to learn and train in Special Spine is problem solving to provide exceptional patient proficiency using multiple software applications including Microsoft Office and communication and teamwork with multi-disciplinary in a busy clinic environment utilizing multitasking for continuous learning to enhance skills and to promote and support effective communication and to maintaining high quality and commitment to health and safety We OfferA competitive remuneration team-building activities and recognition for learning growth and is a casual position and the successful candidate will be expected to work at 11 clinics in Calgary and 1 clinic in Okotoks.A commitment to 4 consecutive weeks of training is successful candidate must be available for shifts between 7:15 am and 4:45 pm Monday through at CDCEmbark on a rewarding career with Canada Diagnostic Centres (CDC) a trailblazer in diagnostic imaging since 1993.
