As a Visa and Passport Consultant you will provide the best-in-class service to our customers through tailored solutions that meet specific travel needs.âOurConsultantsplay a vital role in guiding our clients through the visa and passport application process driving customersatisfactionand acting as brand ambassadors.

As a Visa and Passport Consultant you will:
- Become specialized in visa and passportprocessing;maximizingefficienciesand productivity.
- Collect necessary documents from the traveler andsubmitthem to the relevant Consulate.
- Providea high levelof service to customers; providing detailed information on available services that align withrequirements andassistingthe customer in making informed decisions.â
- Analyze customer requests andmakerecommendations based on specific travel needs ensuring realistic expectations that promote a dedicated customer base.
- Maintain customer records in a proprietary databaseutilizingsystem functionality to ensureaccuratesubmission of data that maximizes productivity.
- Represent CIBT in a professional manner ensuring compliancetoCIBT policy and ethics and adhering to the Standards of Work policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.â

In this position you will learn:
- Travel document requirements for efficient andtimelyprocessing.
- Best practices and quality control following policies and procedures and upholding standards of work to ensure compliance.
- Product and service enhancements system updates and changes to requirements.
Experience Required:
- 1 yearprior experience working in a corporate office environment.
- Prior travel industry experience is an asset but notrequired.
- Proficiencywith computer software (must be highly proficient with Outlook) aptitude for learning newprogramsand commitment to data integrity.â
Working Conditions and Location:
- Office environment: exposure to computer screens working closely with others in an open office environment.
- Worklocation is inNew YorkCityin-office support isrequiredMonday through Friday.
- Work locationcomplies withall COVID-19 safety protocols.
Physical Demands:
- Visual acuity: ability to viewcomputerscreen for the full shift approximately eight hours.
- Sitting for an extended period of time.
- Manual dexterity foroperatinga computerkeyboardand mouse.
- Speaking foroperatinga phone with the ability to convey detailed information accurately and clearly.
- Walking (15% of the day).
- Light lifting (no more than 25 pounds).

Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $21 - $24 (depending on geographic region internal equity job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors)
