Tri-State Physical Therapy is a well-established physical therapy practice in the Pittsburgh area. We are looking to fill a position as a Physical Therapy Aide in our North Hills (McCandless) Office. This full-time position offers a potential for growth in your career as well as a growth for your community. We encourage Athletic Trainers Exercise Science Majors Pre-Physical Therapy Students Personal Trainers and Sports Professionals to apply as well as anyone that wants to make a difference in someones life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapist in daily patient care
- Set up and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions
- Escort patients to and from treatment areas within the clinic
- Perform some administrative tasks to support clinic operations
- Train and educate patients and/or family members in appropriate exercises
- Manage inventory to assure the needs of the clinic are met
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for helping others and an interest in the healthcare field
- Outpatient rehab experience and/or degree in Athletic Training or Exercise Science preferred.
