Job Summary
The Opportunity: We are looking for a QA Analyst to support functional regression and performance testing efforts within an agile development environment. This role focuses on ensuring the quality usability and reliability of applications through a combination of manual testing test case design and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate has hands-on QA experience is comfortable working iteratively alongside developers and brings a strong attention to detail when validating features and releases.

- Role: QA Analyst
- Experience: 3-5 Years
- Work Location: Phoenix AZ
- Project Duration: 12 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and execute functional regression and performance test cases and test scenarios
- Contribute to agile ceremonies including user story analysis feature grooming and test planning
- Perform thorough manual testing to ensure application usability and quality
- Collaborate closely with product frontend backend and development teams to plan test and release high-quality features
- Execute testing concurrently with feature development in an iterative agile environment
- Analyze APIs and create endpoint mocks to support testing efforts
- Assist with estimation and feasibility assessment of features from a QA perspective
- Follow and promote consistent QA and testing best practices across the team
Required Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in QA functional testing or software testing roles
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work iteratively with development teams throughout the SDLC
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with regression and performance testing
- Exposure to distributed systems or modern application architectures
- Experience writing or supporting automated tests
- Familiarity with CI/CD testing environments
- Experience testing mobile or web applications
