JOB DESCRIPTION

REVELXP is seeking an experienced delivery minded Warehouse Operations Manager of Venue Solutions to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and lead Warehouse Coordinators while remaining hands-on in the warehouse as needed. This role partners closely with Production and Shop teams and is responsible for inventory management equipment tracking warehouse organization and workflow efficiency. Strong leadership communication and organization skills are essential. The position reports to the Director of Warehouse Operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary duties include but are not limited to the following:

Management

• Assist in supervising the warehouse operations team to ensure safe efficient and accurate execution of assignments
• Assist in freight management and documentation for inbound & outbound freight
• Maintain open communication with the Production & Shop Team(s)
• Assist in maintaining a mindset and effort towards continuous improvement both operationally and financially

Inventory Execution

• Partner with the Warehouse Coordinators Production Coordinators and Shop Lead for necessary equipment moves and vetting.
• Utilize heavy equipment (IE Forklift) to facilitate the organization and movement of equipment
• Prioritize equipment cleanliness and ready to use operational status

Facility Upkeep

• Ensure all equipment is stored in an organized and timely fashion.
• Partner with the warehouse coordinators to execute the movement of equipment.
• Overall cleanliness and organization of shipping areas and floor space

Equipment Management and Maintenance

• Audit the condition of equipment once it returns from a project.
• Occasionally participate the set up or take down of equipment on job sites

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE

• Effective communication organizational and leadership skills
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Proficient in Excel Word and Outlook
