This is a strategic engineering-based role focused on the governance optimization and global alignment of Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) processes. The position serves as a bridge between technical policy and operational execution ensuring that global teams and suppliers adhere to standardized procedures while driving continuous improvement.

What youll do...

• Process Governance: Leading team concurrence on STA policies and ensuring the effective cascade of global procedural changes across Purchasing Product Development and supplier networks.
• 
  Systems & IT Integration: Defining technical requirements for STA IT projects testing system changes and managing SharePoint administration to support data-driven decision-making.
• 
  Quality & Technical Alignment: Leveraging deep knowledge of quality tools (such as APQP PPAP and GPDS) and problem-solving methodologies to troubleshoot issues and improve supplier performance metrics.
• 
  Analysis & Communication: Developing executive-level reports and presentations that provide insight into process effectiveness while managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Youll have...

Proficiency in Q1 Advance Product Quality Planning PPAP Supplier Improvement Metrics Global Product Development System (GPDS) Prevent Recurrence
Microsoft Office/Ford System Knowledge adept user
Knowledge of Problem-Solving tools
Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and concerns
SharePoint Administration Knowledge
Business Acumen
